Our Focus
|
- TELP's primary role is to encourage and support local "grass-roots" coalitions in the geographical regions of the state in working toward improving end-of-life care.
- TELP will serve as the link between the grass-roots coalitions and the State Health Department, resonating the voices of the geographical communities to influence policies and legislation regarding end-of-life care.
- TELP will serve as clearinghouse of information providing information on standards, policies, and tools to improve the implementation and documentation of optimal end-of-life care.
